T&J Rescue Enterprises was founded in 2016. It is a company based around Rescue tools, and the specific design of specialized attachments for them. We currently have the TL9 in our inventory and the new design of a tool for a different application will be coming soon. We can also evaluate specific challenges in your response area and develop one off tools and solutions for those problems.

TONY LECA

Tony has been a Firefighter for over 40 years and first started  out in Clinton, Connecticut in 1977. In 1986 he became a Career Firefighter at the Stewart International Airport in  Newburgh, New York and then got hired by The Waterbury Connecticut Fire Department from 1988-2012. 21 of those years, Tony spent on the Heavy Rescue Comapny and retired as a Captain. He then began another chapter as a Firefighter on Engine 1 in West Hartford Connecticut where he is currently assigned to the Rescue-Engine,. Tony has also taught for the State of Connecticut for just over 20 years in all the Rescue and Fire disciplines taught at the Fire Academy. In addition, Tony has also taught privately for different companies, mainly focusing on Extrication and Heavy Lifting Evolutions.
